How to Apply Cupping Treatment Education and Training:

1. Download  Registration Form Here
2. Fill out the registration form through the Microsoft Word program
3. Select the Training Package in the field provided, training oline or training day.
4. Or fill  out the registration form online here.
5. Transfer Registration Fee Through the BCA Account Number: 658-017-3053
6. For participants or applicants from overseas tuition fees remains in the transfer to the Rec. Tyres Central Asia (BCA) Tangerang branch Cikokol with Account Number: 658-017-3053
7. Send back the registration form via email: informasi.online @ yahoo.co.id
8. And wait for a confirmation email.
9. Online training just to wait for the next clue STAYED of modules that will be sent via email.
10. For a day of training, waiting to get a confirmation email to get the training schedule or can directly contact 021-70522100 or 02199960774 to get more information.

Terms Participant Education and Training Can Herbal Day:

1. Open to the public
2. Register and fill out an online form that can didwonload through here, then send back the address email: informasi.online @ yahoo.co.id or can directly come to Cupping Training Center on Jl.Utama Ujung NO. 334 Komplek PDK Cipondoh Indah Kota Tangerang Banten 
3. Fill out the form both the training schedule through email, phone or in person.
4. Direct training in PelatihanHerbal.com

Terms Participant Online Herbal Education and Training:

1. Open to the public
2. Register and fill in the online form via email: informasi.online @ yahoo.co.id
3. Can use a computer and can access the internet to get the modules, soft materials, treatment guidelines, consult the teaching team, or fetching the other modules in the form vidio, pictures and so on.
4. Having your own email address, means of communication for learning and delivery of learning modules.
